Returns Policy


At Classy Lassie Wax we take great pride in the products that we deliver to our customers. However we have to acknowledge at times there may be mistakes or even damaged products received through no fault of our customer. 

Please be rest assured we will make this as easy a process as possible to ensure we offer replacement products as quickly as possible to you. 

In the first instance please contact us regarding the error and we will try to resolve the situation. 

All customers have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of placing the order as a cooling off period, if the products have been received by you then they must be returned in the same new condition as they were delivered to you within 14 days of notifying us, this enables us to process your refund as quickly as possible. Only once the products have been received will we process your refund. 

If the goods are received damaged or defective then you will have up to 30 days to notify us. On the first instance we will offer to replace the products, however if you have decided that you wish to return these then we will offer a full money back guarantee. Once the products are received back at our Head Quarters we will then issue a refund.

We aim to complete all refunds within 3 - 5 working days once the product has been received at HQ. Sometimes this may take longer in circumstances outwith our control but should you have any concerns then please contact our customer support team on: customercare@classylassiewax.com

 Any orders after 30 days of purchase will not be eligble for refund. 

 Our returns policy is an addition and does not affect your consumer rights.
